Misjudged my dunnage order by 40% and ate $320 in waste fees
Thought I'd save a few bucks buying pallet dunnage in bulk from a discount supplier but ended up with a load that didn't fit our standard 48x40 pallets and had to pay $320 to haul the leftover junk to the dump.

Always double-check dimensions before bulk buying, I learned that one the hard way too.

Gotta disagree honestly, sometimes you can overthink it and miss a deal while you're triple checking everything. Bulk buying is about getting close enough and saving the headache.
