Timber delivery shorted me 12 beams, but a quick photo saved the claim

Got a flatbed load from a yard outside Columbus last week and the driver swore it was complete, so I snapped a pic of the tag before he left and counted 12 short once we unloaded. The photo plus the scale ticket got me a credit in two days, anyone else run into drivers being short and played it smart with proof?
