A client in my chair said her last stylist talked the whole time and she never went back
She said it while I was rinsing her at the bowl on Tuesday and it kind of stuck with me all week. I told her I usually ask first before I get chatty and she laughed and said nobody ever asked her before. Anyway now I've been asking every new client if they want quiet or small talk and a few of them looked at me like I handed them a gift. Does anyone else do this or am I overthinking it?
