A rep at the beauty supply in Dallas told me 60% of stylists skip the patch test, and now I'm second guessing my whole chair setup
I was picking up more developer at the shop on Maple Ave and the rep mentioned they see more reactions now than 5 years ago, mostly because people rush new clients in. So is the patch test actually a must for every first time color client, or is it overkill if you've never had a problem in 12 years behind the chair? Curious what you all do.
