Heads up about the new Sally Beauty store in Springfield

I went in last week and their color section is totally different. They moved all the permanent dyes to the back wall and the demi-permanent stuff is up front now. It took me ten minutes to find my usual Wella shade. Has anyone else noticed this at other locations?

My cousin works for a store planning company. He says they track how long people look for things before they ask for help. That time is a key metric now.

My friend Lisa went to the one in Oakdale last Thursday. She said the exact same thing happened, they moved all the permanent color to a side aisle near the back. She spent fifteen minutes just walking in circles looking for her usual L'Oreal brand, and she almost gave up and left. She finally had to ask a worker, who pointed to the new spot. Lisa said it felt like they hid the stuff people buy the most on purpose. She hasn't been back since.
