My first balayage client came back for a root touch-up after 8 months
I used to do heavy, streaky highlights on a cap because that's all I learned at my old salon in Springfield. After taking a class with Lisa Walker last fall, I switched to using a freehand painting technique with a 30 volume developer. Her color held so much better and grew out way nicer. Anyone else find a specific class that changed how you do a basic service?

Took a freehand class with Maria Cruz last year. Totally changed how I do my blondes now.

Yeah, it's wild how one good class can flip your whole process.
