Seeing a regular's dry ends made me rethink skipping deep conditioning.
I thought it was saving time, but now I see how much it helps. My clients' hair feels so much healthier now.

Seeing my regular's split ends last week made me feel like a hypocrite. I'd been skipping my own deep conditioning sessions to save time. Idk, maybe I need to take my own advice more often.

Last week's split end reveal on your regular client is classic. It's the hair stylist version of a doctor smoking behind the hospital. I do the same thing with my own cuts, always telling people to trim often while my ends look like a broom. We're all out here preaching what we don't practice. Maybe this is the sign to finally use that deep conditioner sitting in your shower.

Not doing what you say is common in many jobs. Mechanics often drive cars that need fixing, and chefs might eat junk food. We all know better but still cut corners when it's our own stuff.
