Just realized I blew $300 on a 'weatherproof' radio headset that lasted one rainy day shift.

Honestly, that warranty fine print is probably a mile long.

Ugh, did the "weatherproof" part just mean it could look at a picture of rain? Sounds like their idea of waterproof is the same as a paper towel's. I bet the warranty only covers "sunny days with a zero percent chance of precipitation." That's the kind of purchase that makes you want to throw the whole thing, but you can't because it already fell apart.

That's a serious kick in the wallet for something that didn't hold up. Makes you wonder what they're actually testing these products against. Total waste of good money.
