Site in Dallas had three cranes stacked on one pad and nobody batted an eye
Walked a job near Love Field last week and saw a 200 ton and a 70 ton sharing a mat that looked like it was poured for one rig. Am I crazy for thinking that setup was begging for a settlement issue, or is that just how they do it down there?

Man that mat is doing way more work than whoever poured it ever planned for, you're not crazy at all. Shared pads like that always make me nervous too, just feels like waiting for something to settle wrong.
