Pro tip: I quit writing prompts as full sentences and my scenes got way better
Everyone in my critique group swears by long, detailed prompts, but I switched to one short line plus a single odd detail (like "a locked shed, but the key is warm") and my drafts come out sharper in 20 minutes. Has anyone else tried lean prompts, or am I the odd one out here?
