Last Tuesday a regular in my chat said he almost clicked away during my stream opener, and I timed it: 52 seconds of me messing with settings before saying anything. Cut it down to 8 seconds and my first hour average viewers jumped from 11 to 19, has anyone else tracked how long their intro actually runs?
