Found a weird trick that actually boosted my channel views by 40% in 2 weeks
I was stuck at like 200 views per video for MONTHS on my woodworking channel. Tried better thumbnails, better tags, nothing worked. Then I started replying to every single comment within the first hour of posting and my views jumped to almost 300 per video. Has anyone else seen a direct link between early engagement and the algorithm pushing your content?

Got a buddy who runs a small guitar channel. He started responding to comments within 30 minutes of upload. Not just quick replies either. He'd ask follow up questions, hype up the commenter. His views went from 150 to around 400 in about three weeks. Algorithm loves that early interaction I guess.
