Wait, your friend is in Austin? That's wild because my cousin just moved there for a tech job and says the whole scene is nuts. What did your friend even say that changed your whole video plan? Sometimes it's one random piece of advice that makes everything click.

He pointed out that my whole video was just facts, no story. Said to start with why I even cared about the topic in the first place, like a personal hook. Totally re-wrote the intro to talk about getting it wrong myself years ago.
