Just spent $40 on a new thumbnail template pack
It saved me so much time last week when I had three videos to upload in one day. The pre-made layouts meant I could just drop in my screenshots and text. What's the best money you've spent to speed up your workflow?

I used to think templates were lazy, but "saved me so much time" is the whole point, right?

Exactly. It's like realizing you don't need to chop wood by hand when an axe exists. We're trained to see extra effort as virtue. But why rewrite the same email format every day or hand-wash dishes when a machine does it? Freeing up that mental space lets you focus on the stuff that actually needs your brain.
