Serious question, did the Creators Hub algorithm shift after the March update or did my audience just change?

Back in February I was getting around 300 views per video, then by mid-April it dropped to 80 with the same type of content. I post mostly tutorial breakdowns of editing workflows, and I noticed my older stuff from 2023 suddenly outranks my new uploads. Some folks in my discord say it's the update favoring longer watch time, others swear it's because I stopped posting at 8am EST. Has anyone else seen this exact pattern, or am I just chasing a ghost with my posting schedule?
