TIL: That "post 3 times a week" advice from a creator I respected was totally wrong for me
Last year I followed this YouTuber who has like 80k subs and she kept saying consistency was everything. Post 3 times a week minimum. So I did that for 6 months straight. Burned myself out completely, quality dropped, and my views actually went down. Took a break and now I post once a week when I have something I actually care about. My engagement is way better. Has anyone else found that the "more is better" advice backfired for them?
