Warned my cousin off the paid creator "masterclass" in Denver, and turns out I was the one who got played
I told her the $299 course was a scam, then watched her land two brand deals in 6 weeks using just the free outline from the guy's email list, while my "free" YouTube rabbit hole ate my whole weekend. Has anyone actually gotten a legit hookup from one of those paid creator groups, or am I right to keep my wallet shut?

Watched this same thing play out with gym programs and stock advice. The free stuff in the emails is usually the real hook, the paid class is just the upsell for people who want a shortcut. Your cousin did it right, she took the free outline and put in the work instead of paying for a room full of strangers. Keep the wallet shut and copy her moves instead.
