Rant: People still think a strong password is just a word with numbers at the end
I keep seeing friends and coworkers use passwords like 'Summer2024' or 'Password123'... it's scary. A password cracker can guess those in under a minute. A real strong one needs to be long and random, like four separate words put together. I started using a password manager last year and it made everything so much easier. Has anyone else tried to get their family to switch to better passwords?

Under a minute" feels a bit overblown for most people's accounts. My old password got me by for years just fine.

Tell me about it. My mom still uses her birthday. Got her on a password manager and it was a whole thing.

Ugh my dad still uses the same password for everything, getting him to change was a nightmare.
