Spent $40 on a password manager after getting my email hacked and it saved me from a phishing scam within a week lol
I paid for Bitwarden after my old email got breached and the autofill feature caught a fake login page that looked exactly like my bank's site, has anyone else had a close call like that?

Used to think password managers were just an extra hassle for lazy people. Getting burned by a breach changed that real quick though. The autofill check alone has probably saved me a few times since then without me even noticing.

Read a report last year that said most people reuse passwords across like 10 different sites. That hit a little too close to home. Had some old accounts from college get compromised after one of those big data dumps hit the dark web. The manager I use now flags when a site I'm logging into doesn't match the saved URL. Surprised how many phishing attempts that catches without me having to think about it.
