TIL I chose a password manager over writing passwords in a notebook, and now I can't remember any of them

Back in 2015 I had a little spiral notebook with all my logins written in pen, and when my apartment got broken into I switched to a free password manager instead. Fast forward to now and the autofill works fine, but last week at a library in Boise I sat there for 10 minutes trying to log into my email from memory and just gave up. Has anyone else basically outsourced their whole brain to one of these apps, or is it just me?
