Warning: My IT guy at St. Mary's told me to reuse the same password for 6 months, was he nuts?
He swore changing it every 90 days just made people write it on a sticky note, so I tried his way on my home router and email for 6 months. Did I dodge a hassle or set myself up for a breach, what's your take?

Honestly 90 days is overkill, most breaches don't come from that.
