Hit 1000 pour overs this morning without even realizing it
I keep a little tally on my fridge of every pour over I make at home. Just a tick mark each morning. This morning I hit exactly 1000. That is about 3 years of daily brewing with some skipped days. I started doing pour overs because my old drip machine broke and I was too cheap to buy a new one. Now I can't go back. The weird thing is I never planned to count them. I just started marking them down as a joke and forgot to stop. Has anyone else tracked a coffee habit like this? What did your numbers look like?

Honestly, counting pour overs feels like overthinking a cup of coffee to me.
