My boss told me my latte art looked like a blob, so I ditched the pitcher
He said my rosetta was just a white smear and I got defensive, but then I tried free pouring straight from the milk jug for a week. The steam wand angle does all the work now, my cappuccinos get compliments from regulars. Anyone else rewrite their technique after a blunt critique or do you stick with your own method?
