I signed up for a premium roasted-to-order coffee subscription 3 months ago, paying $60 a month for what sounded like small-batch perfection. By week two, every bag arrived tasting stale and flat, like it had sat in a warehouse for weeks instead of being fresh. Has anyone else dealt with these online subscriptions that promise freshness but just don't deliver?
