Dropped $35 on a tablet and stylus combo in 2018, and it saved my doodle habit

I used to carry a pocket sketchbook everywhere, but after losing two of them on buses, I switched to a cheap tablet I got at a pawn shop in Boise. Now I doodle on my phone during lunch breaks, but I miss the feel of paper, has anyone else made that switch and regretted it?
