Shoutout to the kid who drew a dinosaur eating my lesson plan today

I was having the worst morning, coffee spilled, copies jammed, the whole deal. Then during silent reading, a 6th grader slides me this doodle of a T-Rex with my lesson plan in its mouth, labeled "Nom nom." It was so random and silly I actually laughed out loud. I swear sometimes the best part of teaching is just seeing what weird stuff they come up with. Has anyone else gotten a doodle that totally turned your day around?

That dinosaur drawing is PURE gold. I bet that kid has no idea they basically saved the whole day with one goofy little sketch. Now I kinda wanna start a collection of the weirdest student doodles just for bad mornings.
