My dog just hit 500 squirrel chases and I actually counted them

I kept a tally on my phone every time my beagle spotted a squirrel on our walks. It took 4 months to reach 500 and he only caught zero, obviously. Has anyone else kept a weird stat for their pet or am I the only one tracking nonsense like this?
