My dog's 'happy dance' was actually hip pain for 2 years, here's what tipped me off

My lab mix Biscuit always did this little wiggle before walks, I thought it was excitement. Tuesday morning I noticed she was flinching when I touched her back legs, so I finally filmed her and slowed it down. That wiggle was her shifting weight off her hips, not being happy at all. Vet confirmed early arthritis, we started joint supplements and she's already moving smoother after 6 days. I feel awful I missed it for so long, but I wonder how many of us mistake pain signals for cute quirks? Has anyone else caught a similar thing in their pet's daily routine?
