My neighbor swore I was overfeeding my cat, turns out she was spot on
He kept saying my tabby was getting chunky at 14 pounds and I got defensive, then the vet confirmed a thyroid issue and a diet change dropped her to 10 lbs in 4 months. Anyone else have a neighbor who sees stuff about your pet before you do?

A friend of mine had a similar thing but with her dog. Her neighbor kept saying her golden retriever was getting too skinny, and she brushed it off until the vet found worms. Ten bucks says that neighbor is either a retired vet tech or just someone who pays too much attention to everything. Either way it saved her a lot of hassle.

My neighbor kept telling me my cat was sneaking extra food from somewhere and I ignored her until I caught him begging at three different houses on the block. @the_brian probably knows that feeling of being proven wrong by a neighbor who just watches too closely.
