My vet said to stop free-feeding my cat and use set meal times, and his 3am zoomies finally quit after 2 weeks
I always thought grazing was fine until Dr. Reyes in Denver pointed out that Biscuit had no real hunger cues left, so now he gets two measured meals a day and actually naps through the night instead of launching off my dresser at 3am, has anyone else had a cat calm down this much just from a feeding schedule change?
