Why does nobody talk about how a $6 cat water fountain fixed my cat's weird habit?
My cat Misty would not stop drinking out of my bathroom sink. Every single morning she would sit in there and yell until I turned the faucet on, and my vet in Tucson told me she just liked moving water. I thought that was a bunch of nonsense, honestly. I figured she was just spoiled and I was being played. Then my sister bought me one of those cheap plastic fountains online for $6, the kind that holds about 50 ounces and hums a little. I left it on the kitchen floor for 3 days and Misty ignored it completely, so I almost gave up and returned it. On day 4 she finally tried it and now she drinks from it like 10 times a day and has not touched my sink once. Has anyone else had a cat that hated a fountain at first and then came around?
