A kid at the checkout made me rethink my whole lunch routine

I was grabbing a quick salad at the Kroger on 5th around 12:30, and this teenager in front of me paid with exact change, like 47 cents in coins, no rush at all. He saw me staring at my phone and said, "You look more stressed than my grandpa at the DMV." It hit different because he was right, I've been speed-eating at my desk for two years and forgot what a real break feels like. Has anyone else had a random stranger's comment snap them out of an automatic habit mid-day?
