The 402 bypass merge is a daily gamble
Every morning around 7:45, someone in the left lane cuts across three lanes to hit the exit at the last second. I counted 11 near misses in one week near the Lincoln Street ramp. It's like people think their blinker gives them magic powers or something. Has anyone else started taking surface streets just to avoid that mess?

My buddy drives a delivery van and got sideswiped last month right there by the Lincoln ramp. Some lady came flying over from the left doing maybe 60, clipped his mirror and kept going. He said the worst part was sitting on the shoulder for an hour waiting on the cops while everyone else kept doing the same dumb move behind him. Last I heard he switched his whole route to side streets even though it adds 15 minutes.
