The guy at the post office held up the line for 12 minutes to argue about a stamp

I just needed to drop off a package, took me maybe 30 seconds. But nah, some dude in front of me got into a whole debate with the clerk about how the price of a forever stamp went up AGAIN. He was like "but I bought these in 2022" and she's like "sir they don't work like that" and he kept going. 12 minutes. I timed it on my phone. Has anyone else had a random stranger hold up an entire line over something tiny?

Cant stand people like that. Like bro you bought a stamp two years ago, prices change, get over it. The clerk isnt gonna magically cut you a deal because you keep complaining. Meanwhile the rest of us are just trying to get our stuff done and go home. I wouldve been so annoyed watching the clock tick. Some people really think the world revolves around them.

Not gonna lie, I kinda get where that guy is coming from. Forever stamps used to literally mean you could use them forever no matter what, but then they changed how they work and people got confused. He probably felt like he was getting ripped off and didn't know how else to handle it besides arguing with the clerk. Sucks he held up the line for sure, but sometimes people just need to vent about stuff like that. The clerk probably deals with that question all the time anyway, it's not like it ruined her whole day.
