Finally got my morning walk streak to stick

For the last three weeks, I've walked for 15 minutes right after my alarm goes off. The first week was tough, but I just put my shoes by the bed. Now I feel way more awake and get my head clear before work. Anyone else find a small daily habit that actually lasted?

Really ugly pair of shoes" is the whole point sometimes, @eva_adams68. I had these old brown clunkers I hated, so I just went crazy with some neon paint. They're still ugly, but now they're my ugly, you know? It's a good way to not care if you mess up.
