Heard a barista say 'the mood of the coffee changes with the weather' and it kinda clicked
I was at a little shop in Austin last weekend and this guy just dropped that line while pouring, made me think about how much small stuff like humidity or barometric pressure actually affects things at work. Anybody else ever get a random quote from a stranger that stuck with you for no reason?

Are people really giving their coffee a backstory now? It's just a drink, not a moody character in a novel.
