I finally started tracking my daily mood after a friend's comment

My buddy Mike saw my messy planner and said, 'You track tasks but not how you feel doing them, that's the real data.' So I added a simple 1-5 mood score next to each small win I log. It's been two weeks and seeing those numbers climb, even on tough days, is a huge boost. Anyone else try something like this to make their wins feel more real?

My mood tracker would just be a flat line labeled "mildly confused.
