I see people skipping the 'done' list and it's a game changer they're missing

I kept seeing posts where people only list their goals for the day. For months, I did that too and felt like I never finished anything. Then my friend in Austin told me to write down three things I already did, even small stuff like 'made my bed' or 'answered five emails,' before I plan anything new. I've done this for two weeks now. It sounds silly, but starting my morning by seeing what I already accomplished, even if it's tiny, gives me a real boost. It shifts my brain from 'what I have to do' to 'look what I can do.' I feel more ready to tackle the next thing. Has anyone else tried this kind of backward start to their day?

That momentum from small wins can carry you through the whole day.

Wonder if that's why bad mornings can feel so hard to shake.

My friend Mark made his bed first thing last Tuesday. He said that tiny choice made him actually want to tackle his emails, which snowballed into finishing a whole project. It's wild how one small win sets the tone, isn't it?
