Just realized my small win today came from a podcast I heard on my walk

I was walking to the store this morning, listening to a podcast about habits. The host said something like, 'You don't need to fix everything at once, just pick one small thing and do it well.' It hit me because I've been feeling stuck with my side project. So today, instead of trying to work on the whole thing, I just opened the file and wrote one paragraph. That was it. It took maybe 15 minutes, but it's done and I feel way better than when I try to do too much and get nothing done. It's a tiny step, but it's forward. What's a small, specific thing you've managed to check off your list lately, even if it felt too small to count?

Just pick one small thing" is exactly how I finally cleaned my garage last week.

Yeah, I read something about that. They called it the "two-minute rule" where if a task takes less than two minutes, you just do it right away. It really helps stop things from piling up.
