Overheard a guy at the gym say he adds turmeric to his protein shake
I laughed at first but then he showed me a study on his phone about it reducing muscle soreness by like 40%. Tried it this morning with my chocolate shake and it wasn't gross at all tbh. Anyone else got weird shake add-ins that actually work?

Have you noticed how people are getting more serious about little everyday things like this? It's interesting to me. My husband started adding a scoop of collagen to his coffee last year and he swears it helps his joints, but I can't tell a difference. I guess if it works for you that's what matters, turmeric is one of those things that seems to pop up in studies for everything these days.
