PSA: taking notes at the Saturday market stall in Portland killed my sketch habit

I used to doodle every day until I started jotting down vendor tips on my phone for 3 months straight, now my wrist only reaches for the keyboard and I can't even finish a pen sketch, has anyone else traded paper for screens and lost the urge to draw?
