Stumbled on a stat about how much fiber is actually in avocados

I was reading a nutrition label on my lunch break yesterday and got curious about the numbers. Turns out a whole avocado has like 13 grams of fiber, which is almost half the daily recommendation. I always thought it was just healthy fats, but I had no idea it was that packed with fiber. Has anyone else been surprised by a food label lately?

That is wild. I had no idea avocados had that much fiber either. I always just thought of them as a fatty fruit but never looked that deep into it. It makes me want to double check some other stuff I eat regularly. Good reminder that labels are worth a second look sometimes.
