My grocery run tripled after I stopped grabbing the first box
Last Saturday at the Kroger on 5th Street, I grabbed a box of cereal without checking the price per ounce and only realized at the register I paid $1.20 more than the bigger bag right next to it. I ended up going back inside, returning it, and re-buying the bag, which took 15 minutes but saved me the difference. Has anyone else caught themselves doing this with other shelf staples, or am I the only one who ignores those little tags until it's too late?
