Talked to a cashier in Toledo who flipped my coupon habit
She told me she saves by only buying what's on the store's clearance rack first, then stacking digital coupons on top, and after trying it for 2 weeks I cut my grocery bill by $40, has anyone else had luck with that reverse order trick?
