That Saturday in March when every coupon actually lined up perfectly

I still think about one random Saturday back in 2019 where I hit three stores in my town and saved $47 on groceries and household stuff combined. The store had a double coupon day and somehow my expired cat food coupon still scanned. Has anyone else had a day where everything just clicked like that?

Riley, that's not weird at all, some totals just stick with you for whatever reason. I still remember the exact dollar and cents from the first big repair job I did on my own truck back in 2018, down to the penny. @jake638 might think it's strange, but our brains latch onto those random numbers sometimes. It's like when you remember the total of a dinner bill from a night out five years ago because of who you were with or what happened that day. Memory doesn't always pick the important stuff, it picks whatever feels significant at the time.
