Update: the 6.0 in my F-350 finally got its head gaskets done

My 2005 F-350 with the 6.0 pushed coolant out the degas bottle last Tuesday on I-70 near Columbus. Shop quoted me $4,300 for the studs and gaskets, so I did it myself in the barn over 5 days. Found the oil cooler was clogged too, swapped it for the OEM unit while I had the cab off. Anyone else here run the updated dummy plugs and standpipes while theyre in there, or leave them stock?
