Why does nobody talk about how AI art detection tools are wrong half the time

I read a study from last month that said those tools flag real digital paintings as AI over 40% of the time, so where do you draw the line between protecting artists and accusing them of cheating?

Yeah but artists have been crying wolf forever too.

My uncle's been saying the mail is dying since 1987 and he still has a job, so maybe the wolf is just really slow. I've personally cried wolf so many times about being an artist that I'm pretty sure the wolf showed up, took one look at my portfolio, and left out of pity. Guess we'll all find out together when AI either takes everything or just becomes another way for us to complain on social media.

And Keurig hasn't put coffee shops out of business either. Just register your copyrights and keep making your work.
