Just tried making pizza dough in my air fryer

I was desperate last night after realizing I had no yeast for the oven recipe. Threw together a quick no-rise dough and cooked it at 400 for 12 minutes in the basket. The crust was actually crispy on the outside but soft inside - has anyone else tested this method?

The air fryer is basically a tiny convection oven so it makes sense the crust would crisp up like that. If you want even more crunch next time try brushing the dough with a bit of oil before it goes in the basket. I bet if you let the dough rest for 10 minutes after mixing the texture would turn out even better.

Oil before the air fryer might burn, better to spray it on after it comes out.

12 minutes at 400 seems like overkill for dough.
