Last Tuesday was my best dinner week ever

I made this roasted chicken with lemon and rosemary on Sunday and it gave us leftovers for Monday too. Then on Tuesday I threw together a 15 minute pasta with garlic, olive oil, and some leftover veggies from the fridge. My wife even said “this is better than takeout” which never happens. Has anyone else had a week where everything just comes together like that?

I feel you on that roast chicken momentum thing sean782 said. Once you nail a good Sunday dinner, the whole week just flows better because you have that base to work from. Tuesday night pasta with whatever's in the fridge is honestly one of my go to moves when I'm tired and don't want to think too hard.
