Stopped measuring pasta, started using my thumb, and dinner got easier
I used to bust out the kitchen scale for every batch of spaghetti, like I was running a lab in Portland. Last month my roommate watched me weigh out 4 ounces and just laughed, said use your thumb and index finger like a hinge. Now I just grab a handful for two people and it's always spot on, saves me 5 minutes of cleaning up flour dust. Anyone else ditch their measuring tools for a body part method?
